BLOCK BUSHINGS FOR SPECIAL APPLICATIONS

Graphalloy® square or block bushings are used primarily in the textile finishing industry for dye and bleach ranges, wash boxes, and dye jigs to replace cast iron, plastic and stainless steel.  Graphalloy bushings can work in difficult submerged applications where petroleum oils cannot be tolerated or are expected to be washed away.

Elimination of grease and oil not only simplifies maintenance but prevents product damage due to grease spots.   Graphalloy bushings have been known to last 5 to ten years in these applications.
